Sep 9, 2013. #3. with vnt valve disconnected the turbo vanes should have been max open position and the car should have been very slow in low revs with no boost. if you can get under the car to the turbo with the engine idling it should be 75% or full spool max boost position. if you then can pull off the silicone hose going to the actuator on

have an 07 1.3 multijet. is the oil filter the black upside down dome on the top, front left hand side of the engine. if it is mine has a small leak comeing from it, is there a seal or do you just have to replace filter? havent the time to take it back to dealers so if it's an easy job i'd do it

If the oil contamination stops (after flushing and replacing coolant) then it was a cooler fault. If not, then all I'm left with is the head gasket. So my main question, is how to remove the oil filter assembly/oil cooler from the back of the engine once the 3 bolts are out.
Jul 27, 2010. #2. Look into the passenger footwell, get right down and look up at the centre console, you should see the rubber pipes going to the heater, then to the left roughly in the centre you should see what I can only describe as like the front of a drawer or slot where I think it is.
